A 52 y-o woman of Wanne-Eickel, NRW, had just gotten her basket with laundry and, on top, a bag (with a notebook inside) out of her car's trunk when a cyclist 'seized' the opportunity of stealing the computer right away. Although the woman managed to hold the bag's belt the male robber successfully nicked the device. She was able to follow him with her car until he was able to escape in an area with some garden plots.

"Gaga: Polizei rüffelt Einbruchsopfer"
This was quite a blow for a 37 y-o self-employed insurance agent and town council member of Koenigswinter when he saw the 'open' window of his BMW 318i. Normally, he parks the car in his garage. Due to disposal of some domestic bulky waste, he parked outside. After having seen the break-in, he drove to the local police authority to report the crime. And surprise - he got ticketed because of the broken car window after he had parked the BMW on the police visitor's parking lot.
