You - guy - you think you're not able to make a self-made pizza for your girl-friend, spouse etc. as a birthday dish

read the recipe and look at the pictures, and you will see, it's simple and successful - your gal would really appreciate your 'labor of love':

Well, if you are afraid of preparing pizza dough don't worry, take defrosted pretzel dough instead. Take the one from Trader Joe's or Aldi's if available.

Take the pretzel stuff out of the freezer in the evening for the whole night, morning till lunch time. Be aware that the dough in the plastic bag gets bigger and bigger, make sure that the bag doesn't 'explode'. Punch some holes in the bag - enough for safety.

Put flour on the oven tray as well as on the dough heap and roll it evenly.

Recipe:

#1 Put pizza or pasta sauce on the rolled out dough.

#2 Shred three big onions and distribute them on the sauce-covered dough.

#3 Take 2 small glasses of puszta salat (about 380 grams) and put the stuff on the onions.

#4 Put Italian cooked ham slices (very thin) as next layer for the veggie cover.

#5 Last cover layer will be low fat Leerdamer cheese. ( 16 slices for complete cover )

#6 Put the tray with your pizza into an oven, circulated heat 200 Celsius and 30 mins baking time.

#7 You'll get a yummy pizza. 9 servings possible.

Enjoy!

If your gal cried 'mercy, mercy' it's way to much, dear - you may be inclined to say, "well, it's also for Mercy".

If her reaction is "Hon, who is MERCY ???" you can say, I am kidding, love, it's my 'labor of love' just for you and me.
